Every new release of Odoo comes with a question: how and when can I upgrade my database? This talk will present the upgrade services and processes, and we'll discuss how to upgrade an Odoo database and what to expect. This talk is for anyone interested in learning (more) about upgrades, being partners and/or final customers. We will cover topics such as: what is an upgrade, how can I request an upgrade for my database, what upgrades services are offered by Odoo (database upgrade, codebase upgrade, etc) and at what cost, how long can an upgrade take, what can I do to speed up the process and ensure a smooth upgrade and avoid post-upgrade issues.
